Important Update to Founding Members
As part of the formal establishment of the Talus Lodge ownership structure, we confirm the following:
Prior to the settlement of the lodge acquisition, a dedicated holding entity will be established:
Talus Holding Group Pty Ltd (Japan)This entity will act as the legal owner of the lodge asset and operating business in Hakuba.
Transition from Membership to Formal Shareholding
Your Founding Membership has secured your position within the project.
Upon completion of the company setup:
Your interest will be formally issued as shares in Talus Holding Group Pty Ltd (Japan)
A Final Shareholder Certificate will replace your initial Membership Certificate
Your ownership percentage (0.40%) will be legally recorded in the company register
